This Privacy Policy explains what personal data batpk collects, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, how long it is retained, and the rights you have over your own information as a user of the Platform.
batpk does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with service providers is strictly limited to what is necessary for platform operation, security and compliance.
TLS encryption protects data in transit. Access to personal data within batpk is restricted to staff with a legitimate operational need, governed by internal access controls.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data. All user rights requests are handled through our support team.
Cookies are used for session management, analytics and security purposes. Our cookie policy outlines each category, purpose and retention duration.
Data is retained only for as long as required by law, licensing obligations or a legitimate operational purpose. Periods are disclosed in the retention section of this policy.
Marketing communications are only sent where you have given consent or where a legitimate interest applies. You can opt out of marketing at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how batpk ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data relating to users of the batpk platform accessible at https://batpk.cam (the "Platform"). It also describes the rights available to you in connection with your personal data and how to exercise them.
batpk is an English-language online betting and gaming platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. We recognise that privacy is a fundamental concern for our users — particularly those based in Pakistan who rely on familiar digital infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and services offered by HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All payment-provider names referenced in this Policy and elsewhere on the Platform are local context references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or active support of gambling-related activity by any named provider.
By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Platform.
Related Documents: This Policy should be read alongside batpk's Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy. Together these documents form the complete regulatory and user-protection framework for the Platform.

Where batpk engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — for example, payment processors, KYC verification services or fraud detection providers — those providers act as Data Processors under data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with this Policy.

batpk collects personal data through the following channels:
Data you provide directly when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, or set account preferences. This includes all information entered into Platform forms, uploaded documents and communications sent to the support team.
Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser metadata, session data, page interactions and geolocation data derived from your IP address or device. Cookies and similar tracking technologies are used in this process — see Section 11 for details.
Data received from third-party KYC verification providers to validate identity documents, fraud prevention databases to screen for known fraudulent activity, and payment processors to confirm transaction status. Data from these sources is used only for the specific purpose for which it was obtained and is handled under data sharing agreements.
batpk processes personal data under the following legal bases, which vary by data category and purpose:
Personal data collected by batpk is used for the following purposes:
batpk shares personal data with third-party service providers acting as Data Processors under data processing agreements. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection and AML screening services, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support tools. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only for the purposes specified by batpk and to maintain appropriate security standards.
batpk may disclose personal data to licensing authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units or courts where required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory instruction. Disclosures of this nature are made to the minimum extent necessary to satisfy the legal requirement.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets involving the Operator, personal data held by batpk may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Where this occurs, users will be notified prior to their data being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.
batpk does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Data is not shared with advertising networks, data brokers or third parties for the purpose of targeting you with advertising on other platforms.
Payment Reference Providers: Names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear on the Platform as contextual local payment references. batpk does not share your personal data with these entities in connection with their appearance as contextual references. Any sharing of payment data with actual payment processors used in the cashier occurs only as required to process your transactions.
batpk operates within the jurisdiction of its licensing authority, which may be located outside Pakistan. As a result, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, batpk ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistani data protection law is still developing. While batpk complies with the data protection requirements of its licensing jurisdiction, Pakistani users should be aware that the legal framework governing personal data in Pakistan — including the Personal Data Protection Act (to the extent enacted and in force) — may offer rights and protections that differ from those described in this Policy. This Policy describes the protections batpk affords to its users; it does not substitute for legal advice on Pakistani data protection law.

Request a copy of the personal data batpk holds about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Some corrections may require KYC re-verification.
Request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary, subject to overriding legal retention obligations (e.g., AML records).
Request that processing of your data be restricted while accuracy is contested or a legitimate interest objection is assessed.
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Marketing objections are actioned immediately.
Request human review of any significant decision made about you solely through automated processing where it materially affects you.
Withdraw consent for processing based on consent (e.g., marketing) at any time without affecting lawfulness of prior processing.
batpk will respond to data rights requests within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law — typically within 30 calendar days of receipt of a verified request. Requests must be submitted with sufficient information to verify your identity before data is disclosed or modified.
batpk may send you promotional and marketing communications by email or Platform notification where:
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your preferences in account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts or required regulatory notices, which are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
batpk does not share your contact information with third parties for the purpose of third-party marketing. You will not receive marketing from batpk on behalf of external brands, payment providers or other companies.
The batpk Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. batpk does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the applicable minimum age. Where we reasonably suspect that a user is underage, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If it is confirmed that a minor has registered an account, all personal data associated with that account will be deleted and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, please notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 18 so that appropriate action can be taken.
batpk implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk associated with processing your personal data. These measures include:
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of users, batpk will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected users in accordance with the notification obligations under applicable data protection law. Notification will be made without undue delay after batpk becomes aware of the breach.
No digital security system is completely impenetrable. While batpk takes all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to activate two-factor authentication on their accounts.
The batpk Platform may contain references to third-party services in informational contexts — for example, payment method names familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and HBL. These references do not constitute links to third-party websites and do not transfer data to those entities in the context of their appearance as content references.
Where the Platform cashier integrates with payment processors to execute transactions, those processors operate under their own privacy policies. batpk is not responsible for the data practices of third-party payment processors once a transaction has been directed to their infrastructure. Users should review the privacy policies of any payment service they use.
batpk may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in data processing practices, regulatory requirements or Platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform prior to taking effect, and the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Where changes materially affect how your personal data is processed, we will provide clear notice and, where required by applicable law, seek renewed consent. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Policy terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
To exercise any of your data rights, raise a privacy concern, or submit a formal complaint regarding batpk's data processing practices, please contact the support team using the details below:
batpk will acknowledge data rights requests within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 calendar days. In complex cases the response period may be extended, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
If you are not satisfied with batpk's response to a privacy complaint, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the supervisory authority in the jurisdiction where the Operator is licensed. Details of the relevant supervisory authority are available upon request from the support team.
