Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on batpk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. This includes accounts opened by members of the same household where there is evidence of coordinated activity.
Prohibited Persons: You must not register or use the Platform if you are a Prohibited Person. This includes individuals subject to self-exclusion on batpk or any other platform participating in a shared self-exclusion register, individuals with a gambling disorder who have sought to exclude themselves, and employees or contractors of batpk or its associated entities.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. batpk is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.
batpk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or the licensing authority. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the user via the most recent verified payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
batpk is required to verify the identity and age of its users. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed and may be required at the time of registration or at specific transaction thresholds. Required documents typically include, but are not limited to:
KYC documents must be clear, unaltered and valid at the time of submission. batpk may request additional documentation at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in account restriction or closure.
Pakistani Users: Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport or valid driving licence issued by the relevant provincial authority. Address documents should show your residential address in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere) and must be dated within 90 days.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the batpk cashier and may vary based on your jurisdiction and account status. Pakistani users will find payment references familiar to the local market — including names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — listed as context in various Platform materials. Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. batpk does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply charges for which batpk bears no responsibility.
The Platform operates in the base currency specified for your account. Where amounts are illustrated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR or Rs) on promotional materials, these are examples only unless otherwise stated. Actual transaction values will be denominated in your account currency at the prevailing exchange rate where conversion applies.
Where cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are available, they are subject to the same KYC and AML obligations as fiat deposits. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and batpk is not responsible for exchange rate movements between deposit and withdrawal. Check the cashier for currently supported digital assets.
Withdrawals may only be processed by verified account holders who have completed all applicable KYC requirements. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. batpk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, and to process withdrawals in instalments where the amount exceeds stated single-transaction limits.
Processing times are indicative and depend on the payment method selected, KYC status and internal review processes. batpk targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier, but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals.
Anti-Money Laundering: batpk is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. All withdrawals are subject to AML screening. batpk reserves the right to delay, withhold or report any transaction that triggers AML compliance obligations.
All bonuses and promotions on batpk are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply: bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise; bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly; only one bonus may be active at any time unless specifically permitted by the promotion terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal — this is an illustrative example only and the specific requirement for any bonus you claim is stated in that bonus's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games, sports betting and specific slot titles may contribute at different rates. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not progress wagering requirements.
batpk reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: exploiting mathematical positive-expectation situations created by bonuses, using low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, and multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times.
A bet is accepted when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. batpk reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where the odds are manifestly erroneous or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect integrity concerns with the underlying event.
batpk offers decimal, fractional and moneyline odds formats selectable from account settings. Decimal odds represent the total return per unit staked (inclusive of the stake). All odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event without sufficient play, manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, market suspension at the time of bet placement, or event-specific void rules as published in the relevant sport's betting rules.
Markets are settled on the basis of official results from recognised governing bodies. In cricket, this includes PCB, ICC and the relevant domestic board. In football and other sports, results are derived from official league or event governing body data. Where results are disputed, batpk's decision, made in good faith, is final subject to any applicable complaints process.

All casino games operate with a statistically defined RTP (Return to Player) and house edge. RTP figures displayed on the Platform or in game information panels are the theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction in a casino game, batpk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the user's account. Where a technical malfunction results in a displayed win that could not have been produced by the game's standard mechanics (e.g., a jackpot display error), the apparent win may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on batpk and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:
Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate deposit transaction constitutes fraudulent conduct. batpk will suspend the account, void all balances and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels.

batpk's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real money held in your account at the time the claim arises. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. batpk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license ("Governing Jurisdiction").
