Enter your chosen threshold — for example, a weekly deposit limit of PKR 10,000 — and confirm. Reductions take effect immediately.

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is batpk's strongest responsible gambling tool. When you activate it, your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, place bets or access casino games for the duration of the exclusion. Any pending withdrawal of real-money funds will still be processed to your verified payment method during the exclusion period.
Temporary self-exclusion runs for a minimum of 6 months from the date of activation. At the end of the exclusion period, re-activation of your account requires a deliberate request and a mandatory reflection period — it does not reactivate automatically.
Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Once activated, your account is closed permanently. batpk will not reopen a permanently excluded account under any circumstances, regardless of any future request. Before choosing permanent exclusion, consider whether a long-term temporary exclusion might be more appropriate.
Throughout the exclusion period, batpk will remove you from all marketing lists. You will not receive promotional emails, SMS notifications or bonus offers. If you inadvertently receive marketing communications during an active exclusion, please contact support at [email protected] immediately.

Age Verification
batpk operates an adults-only platform. Minimum age is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the licensing jurisdiction. This is not a guideline — it is enforced through KYC verification and ongoing monitoring.
All accounts require KYC before withdrawal — and in some cases at registration — to verify age using a government-issued ID such as a CNIC or passport.
